Transition smoothly back to the office with On-Site Stress Management As restrictions ease and the virus spreads through our population, many workplaces are beginning to see a gradual return to the office. Whether your team is returning from an isolation period or long term remote working arrangements, it can be a challenging process with many mixed feelings. Transitioning back to the office (and into the CBD) will help support businesses of all sizes, filling our city with people again. If your team has been working remotely or isolating, a corporate massage program is an excellent tool if you want them to come back to work. Consider offering a massage as a perk for those in the office. A massage program can incentivise their attendance at team meetings or on quieter days for reluctant team members. Even if your team has no hesitations about transitioning away from remote work, they have most likely faced many challenges throughout the pandemic.
