We Are Back Open In WA teaser

With restrictions being lifted and businesses able to continue operating in a safe and controlled environment, we’re happy to announce that On-site Stress Management is back - that means we’re able to provide all our wellness services to our clients with a few restrictions to keep everyone safe. Helping you and your team with your fitness and wellbeing is what we’re passionate about.

Here is all you need to know about our range of wellness programs and safety measures we have in place.

Available On-site Corporate Wellness Services

We know how important it is to maintain wellness in the workplace. That’s why we’re providing our full corporate wellness services to help you and your team feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Corporate Massage

Our Corporate Massages are a great way to relieve stress and muscle aches which ultimately increases happiness and productivity at your workplace. For convenient massage options that work around your team’s schedule, we have seated massages which can be done at the workstation or on an ergonomic chair. These massages can last from 5 to 30 minutes and are the perfect options for quick stress-relief.

For an even more relaxing experience, you can opt for table massages which range from 30 to 90 minutes per person. We can also tailor massage programs for your events and for clients operating at mine-sites.

Corporate Fitness

Our on-site Corporate Fitness program is a great way to improve your team’s strength, flexibility and general fitness. Exercise is also proven to improve mood and energy, leading to a more productive workplace. Depending on the available facilities, you can opt for indoor or outdoor fitness classes, which are led by qualified fitness instructors.

Corporate Yoga

Having a Corporate Yoga class in your office can help your team relieve stress and improve their focus and general health. Yoga classes run for 45 to 60 minutes and are usually held before work or during lunch but can be tailored to your needs. If you’re still uncertain about the physical contact required during massages, corporate yoga is a fantastic way to de-stress while keeping social distancing.

If you’d like to do yoga at home check out this relaxing Seated Yoga Instructional Video. It’s designed for people who spend long hours at the desk and can help you stretch and relieve muscle aches:

How We Maintain Safety At Your Premises

While conducting our corporate wellness programs, we always aim to maintain safety for both our staff and your team. Here are the measures we’ve taken to keep all parties safe during the wellness sessions:

  • All of our staff have completed the Australian Government Department of Health's COVID-19 Infection Control Training course. These include:
    • Cleaning of hands and personal hygiene.
    • Cleaning of equipment and surrounding surfaces.
    • How to limit transmission.
  • We have upgraded to an online booking and payment system to remove the need for face-to-face transactions.
  • We limit physical contact only to the actual massage, which is done from behind the participant (no face-to-face interaction within 1.5 metres).

People who are anxious and stressed are at a higher risk of illness and are more likely to become run down. That’s why during these uncertain times, massage and yoga are especially important. Not only can they relieve stress and muscle pain, but they also help promote mental and general health.

Here is a quote from one of our clients who has benefited greatly from Yoga at the workplace:

"To create a harmonious and productive environment can sometimes be a challenge in the workplace. We have found that Yoga is an excellent way to help provide the tools to assist with stress, mindfulness, health and wellbeing. It’s a fantastic way to build teamwork. I’ve seen the improvement in my team’s attitude and performance since we have introduced YOGA into the workplace”
